The farm produce of our instructional farm has been stored in our godown which having three compartment/rooms. Threshing yard (50' x 50') has been used to wilting of farm produce.
GODOWN DETAIL INFORMTION
The Krishi Vigyan Kendra having 20 ha. of land that is fully under cultivation of crops relevant to the area. The main purpose of the farm is to demonstrate the latest agricultural practices. It also acts as a tool to do applied research on agricultural Technologies & undertake trials before their transfer to farmers.
The farm has wide collection of mother plants of latest released varieties of horticulture plants. Rain water harvesting has been done over 40 acres of farm land the tank of 86,00,000 lits Capacity is made to collect the rain water thus harvested. The farm has nursery with mother plants of horticulture crops such as mango, sapota, aonla, lime, Guava, custard apple, pomegranate etc. the entire farm is under drip irrigation.
